As part of The Travel Corporation (TTC), we’ve worked closely with the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and the World Health Organisation (WHO) to guide and co-create the “New Normal Safe and Seamless Traveller Journey” global protocols.
Now more than ever, being able to travel the world with confidence is necessary. We are all adapting to this new world, where it’s imperative for us to take additional measures to stay healthy.
That’s why you can travel with us reassured that we have put numerous new measures in place to elevate our hygiene standards and protocols.
In this new, fast changing COVID-19 era, we are doing all we can to adapt to new requirements and expectations. Here are some important new steps and procedures that we have implemented to enhance hygiene protocols, to comply with physical distancing requirements by relevant government authorities and to give you the needed peace of mind during your travels in these new times.
Expertly Trained Driver Guides
Our Driver Guides have now been trained in additional hygiene measures and physical distancing procedures. They have a strong sense of the company’s duty of care and monitor the hygiene etiquette of our guests during our trips, reacting and advising as needed to ensure high standards are maintained. We will also look to you being well informed before you travel about new protocols required in these areas, and that you cooperate with and heed the advice and direction of our driver guides while on your trip. Our driver guides have preventative measures in place to try and ensure your well-being and in the event that any unexpected issues arise on trip, they will activate additional protocols.
Rest assured too that we have additional procedures if unexpected issues arise, our Driver Guides are trained to activate these additional protocols.

It’s not just your Driver who will be taking care of you. Behind the scenes, our operations and guest support teams are in contact with them and on call 24/7, so you can rest assured that you’re in good hands.
Stringent on Tour Protocols
Our customized luxury coaches are sanitized before you take your first step onboard. We have always maintained very high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, however following the outbreak of COVID-19 we have taken additional measures to elevate our practices consistent with guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and as required, applicable government regulations.
It’s not our Driver Guide that cleans the coach at the end of the day, rather we employ professional coach cleaners who we have partnered with for over 25 years to expertly look after our vehicle cleanliness and hygiene.
Our Driver Guides have been specifically trained with the latest hygiene protocols to regularly and repeatedly clean and disinfect the high touch surfaces in our coaches throughout the day (including handrails, door handles, seatbelts and entrance area).
All our guests are asked to follow hygiene practices recommended by WHO including thorough and regular washing of hands and sanitizing when required. We request the use of our sanitation station every time you embark / disembark the coach. Should you wish, please bring your own face mask and gloves with you and additional hand sanitiser to make you feel comfortable.
Additional face masks, disposable gloves and disinfectant spray/wipes are on board each coach and are available for distribution should an unexpected situation arise.
Smaller Groups, More Personal Space
You will appreciate more personal space on board our customised luxury coaches. Smaller groups also mean less queuing whilst embarking and disembarking, as well as at hotels and attractions, so it’s easier to maintain a comfortable physical distance.

We are very selective in who we work with and choose to only use attractions and operators, restaurants, ground handlers and venues that take the health and well-being of our guests as seriously as we do and agree to meet expected guidelines and specifications. We only work with establishments that we are confident will consistently adhere to our updated physical distancing and hygiene measures.
