Buses will shuttle between Cairns and Palm Cove throughout the day, a one way trip takes approximately 40 mins

Return Transfers - Cairns > Palm Cove > Cairns:

• First bus will depart from Cairns at 8:30am, last bus will depart from Cairns at 2:00pm
• You must select your departure time from Cairns in your booking
• You do not need to select a return time from Palm Cove, buses will depart every 30 minutes

One Way Transfer - Palm Cove > Cairns:

• First bus will depart from Palm Cove at 9:15am, last bus will depart from Palm Cove at 4:45pm
• Transfers from Palm Cove to Cairns do not require you to select a time, buses will depart every 30 minutes

Athletes:

• Select your transfer time dependent on your race, a one way trip takes approximately 40 mins
• IRONMAN 70.3 athlete transfers depart between 4.00am and 4.20am
• IRONMAN athlete transfers depart between 4.30am and 5.00am

Spectators:

• You must select your departure time from Cairns, a one way trip takes approximately 40 mins
• You do not need to select a return time from Palm Cove, buses will depart every 30 minutes from 7:30am
• The last bus to leave Palm Cove will be at 11:00am

• Note: Due to the limited capacity of the trucks transporting the bikes, bookings for the respective services will be allocated on a first in best dressed basis.
