We start the day with a luxury coach transfer from your accommodation, along the Kennedy Highway and up through the Rainforest to the picturesque village of Kuranda, nestled amidst lush tropical rainforest on the banks of the Barron River.

Take your time in exploring this peaceful Village and its wealth of attractions. Find that special bargain in the markets (Heritage Markets operate 7 days a week).

At 2pm board the Kuranda Scenic Rail for a memorable train ride down through the Barron Gorge with its many waterfalls and tunnels.

You will meander through the cane fields, back to Freshwater Station where your coach will return you to your accommodation.
