We arrive at Mossman Gorge our first stop, where you will discover rainforest walking tracks and refreshing pools of crystal clear cool water boarded by moss covered rocks. The surrounding ancient rainforest will give instant release from the tropic heat and wild life is found in abundance.

After meandering up the spectacular coastline of Australia in style and comfort, we arrive at the Daintree Eco Lodge for morning tea at the Bilngkumu Restaurant. Set upon a balcony terrace overlooking the peaceful freshwater lagoon and accessible only via elevated boardwalks through the lush rainforest, this restaurant is uniquely crafted to compliment the sublime rainforest setting and capture the serenity of its surrounds.

Join us next for a calm water cruise of the Daintree River observing the wildlife that inhabits this environment. Your driver/guide will point out the different types of wildlife and plants that make their home along the river. Keep your eyes peeled for the elusive and fearsome estuarine saltwater crocodile.

We continue on to Cape Tribulation, crossing the Daintree River aboard the Ferry. We make a brief stop en route for lunch at magnificent Coconut Beach Rainforest Lodge. This resort is a natural retreat; where guests can truly escape in the most exquisite of natural surroundings without sacrificing modern comforts and necessities.

Here in the tranquil setting, enjoy the specially prepared Buffet Lunch before taking free time to take advantage of the direct access to the white sands of the private beach.

This afternoon, we pause to enjoy the Jindalba Boardwalk for an informative guided walk conducted by your driver/guide. Enjoy afternoon tea at Silky Oaks Lodge, nestled on the edge of the Daintree River, before your trek back to Cairns.
