The Human Resources Department is an integral part of the Down Under Tours team. Under the inspired leadership of the Management group, Human Resources focus on recruiting and attracting the right candidate to the organisation.

By, ensuring both new and current employees have the perfect knowledge, skills and personality, Human Resources creates empowered teams and ultimately assists the Company in achieving it's short and long term strategic objectives.

As part of its long term focus, Human Resources builds and maintains a range of policies and procedures; a valuable safeguard to providing consistency, stability and equity for employees.

Human Resources is the meet and greet point for new and current employees and provides accurate and timely processing of payroll, payslip reporting, and assistance on a range of employee matters.
